What's the best option to clear performance packs 6 piston Brembos without spending 500 dollars a rim? I think only 18 inch front runners will fit

I don't understand what you mean by front runners. The front wheels? Only specific 18" wheels fit up front on the 6 pistons. You'll have much better luck with 19's, which it comes with.

Front runners meaning the narrow wheels that you throw skinnies on the front and slicks on rear , I know 18 inch wheels are probably the only option just wondering if theirs any out there that are cheaper then for instance some front runners are between 350 and 550 dollars each just for a 18x5

There are very few quality 18" wheels specifically made for the S550 that will clear the PP brakes, but there are some good options. 17" diameter will not have enough barrel clearance.

Our 18" EC-7 Mustang wheels will clear the PP brakes no problem, and our slimmest width would be an 18x9" ET30.

The PP brakes do not limit your wheel widths up front, you just need to source wheels that are manufactured with big brake clearance in mind.

Our 18" EC-7 Mustang wheels will clear the PP brakes no problem, and the most popular option is the EC-7 18x10" ET43.

If you provide me with some details in regards to how you plan to use the car, as well as desired tire sizes, I would be happy to assist with any fitment questions that you may have.

Here are a couple photo's showing this 18x10" ET43 over the PP brakes, and the 18x10" ET43 square fitment.

It definitely limits height though I cannot find a 17 inch skinny front runner to use unfortunately

Agreed, brakes size will absolutely dictate wheel diameter.

I was under the impression that OP was concerned about being limited to a narrow front wheel due to the brake size. After re-reading his post, I see his intention is to run skinny's for a drag setup :D
