I have a GT base model with performance package and Looking into purchasing the 2016 mustang GT rear bumper without rear valance and purchasing the GT350 rear valance all from Ford. I have corsa extreme exhaust and want it to work with the valance. Looks like the outlet from the muffler comes out the same side as the borla does. My question is couldn't the muffler be modified by an exhaust shop with a Y outlet and it fit right in the tips in the GT350 rear valance? I have seen Terminated's Anna project but he had corsa tips modified on the muffler and the tips sit in the valance. The valance I am getting has the tips mount in the valance. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated!

There has to be someone out there that has tried this. Any information or thoughts would be very helpful.

Yes they should work fine and long as you move them over to come out from the middle of the muffler like you said, the corsa tips are offset normally.

They actually don't come out from the middle of muffler. Same side of the muffler as the borla except it has one pipe going to two.

I would suspect that a decent exhaust shop could modify it to work. They'd probably need to weld a Y pipe on the back of the corsa mufflers to interface with the tips in the valance. They might need to move things around a bit for clearance, though?

One of the FB groups I'm in modified the Corsa quad tips to work with the valance. Not pretty but it worked. The problem is they don't line up right with the valance. The tips included with the trim can come out. I'll see if I can find the pictures.

Yep. I have been keeping up with his build. From install videos that I have seen with the gt350 valance with borla mufflers the Y pipe that comes out of muffler is a small diameter pipe so that it goes in the tips on the valance. That's what I want done to the corsa mufflers. That way it looks and works like it should. I'm sure it can be done. Just wondered if anyone has done it that way.

Any update? I’m interested in the same as I have a Corsa Sport with single tips currently.
