To be honest with you skip the powder coating and use a G2 kit. Saves a bunch of money and lasts long. No need to even remove calipers.

Have you used this and painted yours? Any pics if so? Looks pretty easy, but I dont have any ramps or proper jack. Likely some items I need to pick up, but my garage space is limited.

I use Tim at thepowderpro.com for all my powder work. He's done wheels, calipers, and a ton of Harley stuff for me. Top notch work for sure. I think he's around 300-350 for a complete set of S550 brakes

Have you used this and painted yours? Any pics if so? Looks pretty easy, but I dont have any ramps or proper jack. Likely some items I need to pick up, but my garage space is limited.

I have done numerous cars with G2 with good results. If you don't have jack or jack stands then take the money you were going to spend on PC and buy a kit of G2, 4 jack stands, - jack, case of beer and a pizza...and have some money left over . I'll see if I can find some pics when I get back to my PC. If you google G2 caliper paint there are plenty of pics online though.

Want headers but ease of installation , reversibility and affordability of cat deletes are the winner in my books.

What shop or welder would you recommend as I'm somewhat anal about quality of the craftsmanship and don't have much luck dealing with local businesses, I'd be willing to travel up to 1hr radius from I290/I390 (Elgin ohare)

yeah, one piece, we just unbolted it then bolted on the new cat back. it is located in Oswego. i posted it on Let It Go today, but doubt it sells. i can arrange to have it put out at the end of the drive if you want to pick it up. it is at my buddies house who helped me with the install. let me know.
