Looking to get my 2015 vert lowered and wondered what anyone else has experienced. I don't want to go more than 1" on the front and about 1 on the rear. I was settled on FRPP but AM says they don't fit the verts...Vogtland makes a kit specifically for the vert's but I haven't heard of anyone using them on a vert yet. Any input is much appreciated.

AM is dead wrong. I have the FRPP Street on my car. FWIW, my car is a GT Performance Pack so it already had stiffer dampers and springs.

Damn I remember now....it was you that told me that you had them on a vert. I couldn't remember who it was :headbonk:.The car looks great BTW, what size wheel and tire do you have? I have a 325/30/19 on the rear of my car and the profile leaves a little more gap in the rear than the front...

stock 255/40 - 275/40

eventually the rears will be replaced with 305/35. Going to wait till i need more power or the tires wear out though.

Any creaking or clanging noises? How is the ride compared to stock? Thanks.

I did the Eibach Pro kit... Springs and f/r sways. It rides great - not too rough - and performs awesome on the road course.

All the springs available with work on both coupes and convertibles, so it comes down to:

1) How much lower
2) Change in ride quality vs. improvement in handling
3) Linear vs. progressive
4) Effectiveness with OEM parts vs. aftermarket (specifically shocks)

Tons of options available from Steeda, BMR, Eibach, some "in house" options from the big shops.

I feel like my PP optioned car is a touch floaty, plus the aesthetics of a lower car is huge for me. Don't mind the additional stiffness (my car isn't a DD). I'm shopping a 1-1.2" drop with a linear spring designed for OEM PP suspension.

Love your ride, just the right amount of aftermarket to set it off, but not so much that it starts looking "cluttered".

I'm definitely interested in a light bar in the near future.

I just installed the CJPP springs.

I realize these go beyond your 1" drop - but I'm happy with them.

Still working on getting the alignment dialed in - but the handling is much improved - (probably mainly to the increased front camber). But body roll is very much reduced.

I'm still on the factory 235's - the rear end will now come around if asked to. Before - the front would only push.

It's a daily driver 15 miles, no highway. My wife uses it during the week and I drive it sometimes on the weekend, a lot less now that I got a GT500, but I don't want to sacrifice too much on the ride because we have a lot of brick roads and speed control humps in our area.....I just want to close the gap a little.
