Just had a look at my panel gaps at the dealer I've got what all of them seem to have bonnet pinched down in the middle - does anyone know the correct fix? also the rear panel (with the round faux filler cap GT ) needs adjustment.

You won't have much luck with the aligning of the rear deck lid panel alone - it will be the result of a misalignment of the boot itself.

Your dealer has it already? Not long now before you can take her home! :headbang:

Out of interest, how many others have had pinched hoods? Mine was perfectly fine as were the other panel gaps.

Mine has a slight pinch in the middle, being black it's hardly noticeable but dealer told me last Saturday they'll make a slight adjustment next service.

Yep, you need to fix it if you're like that. I have the most minute little imperfection/ding on the door of one of my cars (I noticed it after I bought it, in fact I thought I saw it when I bought it second hand, but then couldn't find it). Anyway, I make an effort to find and see it each day. Madness, I know. But I'm going to give that car to my wife (begrudgingly), who has rather different cultural values about the appearance of cars (she is from Mexico City, where all cars look belted up - worst traffic chaos on the planet), so I've decided not to fix it - it's going to get more dings than that when she starts using it as a shopping trolley.

Had a go at lifting the bonnet catch today , lifted it as high as it would go. Still sits a bit low but better I think.

^^^ Looks pretty good.

I realized mine was pretty good; I saw it next to a TY which had some pinch, and I realized how good mine was, haha. It's also black, so less noticeable - there's a bit of misalignment on the trunk/boot, but again, in black, hard to tell.

You are lucky and your stang looks really good  I had to have my boot adjusted as the bolts were loose on the hinge passenger side , and drivers door had dropped so that had to be lifted up

Are the OTT stripes a decal that can be peeled off for switching to a different aftermarket style?
