Just curious if any of the Ecoboost peeps have had a muffler and/or resonator delete done. If so, where'd you have it done (or if you haven't had it done, where do you recommend?) Also, if you're somewhere nearby I'd love to hear it in person. I'm thinking of swapping the suitcase out for a Magnaflow muffler and deleting the mufflers.

I guess I should mention that I live in the Highland Village/ Flower Mound area and work near Irving. So, something relatively close would be best.

I got my suitcase removed and replaced by Dusold Designs in Lewsiville. They did a good job, but are a little pricey. $95/hour shop rate, which may be standard. All I did was the resonator delete. I had an H-Pipe (which I purchased and brought) mated to my pre-existing Roush axle back exhaust. I also had an alignment done at the same time, which they do all on the same lift. Aaron at Dusold is a Mustang guy and knows them very well.

I have a GT so I can't recommend an exhaust to replace yours with.

That is a popular option and works well. I chose to remove the suitcase and replace with a welded-in Y-pipe (to aid flow) out to a pair of Magnaflows. Sounds deeper on-throttle, but not loud. (have to compare in-person at our next meetup).... by the way, I had it done at local (Arlington) muffler shop (about $400).

Give Viper Motorsports in Weatherford a call. He just did a buddy's EB for a good price.

Did you have your own Y-pipe? 400 seems pricey just for that. If I recall my buddy brought his own X-pipe and did a resonator delete (muffler also, maybe) and it was around $150.
