maybe a stoopid question, but need to be sure. I called my dealer and he didn't know.

When i order something in USA sometimes they need to know if my car has a performance pack or not. How do i know?

We should have almost all parts of the performance pack, except for the central dash gauges (damn ford).

So we have the performance package?

I want to order a front wind splitter. There is one i can put on both (perf. and no perf.) but its expensive. And there is a other site (cheaper) and there i need to choose perf. or no perf.

(dont know if i can put link in here?)

IIRC the front splitter is different and the one without the performance package is missing the bottom lip that we have.
But my memories are fading so don't count on my words..!

If i look at the pictures, it looks like the performance pack is like the GT lip and without the performance pack is like the ecoboost lip (rounder)

The strut tower brace is not standard on the GT in EU either....only the K brace (I believe the Eco has the K brace as well).

yeah it's illegal and it's a really stupid thing. I talk to a friend some weeks ago and he confirmed this, it's like selling drugs, or killing someone..
Online there are many documents and discussions about people trying to decipher our garbled laws; the most common interpretation is that a bolted tower brace is allowed, but a welded one is not and your car will be seized

So you can say, this is bolted so it's ok..? NO! Because police don't have time to interpret the law, they only know that "a strut tower brace is not allowed" so you are fuc*ed up. Also, you can't show a policeman that you know the laws better than him, else you are more fuc*ed than before :ninja:

So yes, I think that's Italys fault for the missing tower brace :(
sorry guys!
