have you had any weird behavior with this cars Ethanol sensor. At times it learns the content and I'm rather sure its off by several points. You can let it idle, or raise rpm and the content will increase and decrease as it learns. Was sitting at 82 percent, topped off with 3 gallons of 93 for a road trip, sensor eventually learned back at exactly 82. ran rich, lost power and the alc content didn't come back down until I topped off again with 4 more gallons, and at idle it was learning again in the 80's, I had to do 3k rpm holds for it to drop to 69 percent and then it pretty abruptly locked in at 69.

I wish I knew how to both force it to re-learn, and more about how it works and its quality. I might look into buying a better aftermarket sensor.

No we have not had any ill experiences with the E sensors "acting up". We actually built in a few extra lines of logic to make sure that the potential pitfalls of those sensors were addressed prior to actually utilizing them.

What you are describing is something that we foresaw as a probability. So we tried to stay out in front of it becoming an eventual issue.

My problem turned out to be a vacuum leak on a faulty UPR clean side separator. That caused havok in the deductive refueling logic.

At least it is something that is fairly simple to get taken care of! Thanks for the update.

Which headers? doesn't look like your getting much scavenging down low.

ARH headers and tune have shown 30hpish gains on I think 2 different dynos. both went over 500 to the wheels.

Considering they are showing the torque and hp drop from 3.5 to 4k I don't think they "worked" the dyno. Why do you think the baseline is suspect? 15 percent gets it to 522. if the car isn't fully broke in it seems pretty close to what others have seen.

I would defy anyone to draw too many conclusions from those curves. The tune-only power is equal to the headers and CAI until 6000, at which point it suddenly falls on its face. Torque seems all over the place.
