I voted gunmetal. I think brighter wheels look better on darker cars. I would have gone with the gunmetal on mine except I was going with the yellow and black theme already before purchasing the wheels.

That is what I was thinking at first but a second look at the black wheels made me doubt myself. both look great to me.

I think black looks fantastic on guard. Its completely subjective though. A lot of old school guys seem to hate black.

In for answers as well. I was thinking gunmetal myself since my pp wheels are black, but I think black looks really good too.

I went with black & I'm an old school guy ;)

I think the gunmetal would look good too, really depends on what else you plan to do with the car. If you are going with black badges etc., then the black wheels seem more fitting. If you plan to keep the chrome bits, then either would work.

The guard is a darker shade than magnetic. I like the black rims when they contrast the main body color. Colors like silver, yellow, the lighter red, or if you have black race stripes. the once exception would be if you have a black car and are going for the all black stealth look. So with that said...I'd go with the Gunmetal. I just don't think the black stand out enough and don't pop like with other brighter colors. It doesn't look bad though.

I really hate myself for this but I like bronze with this color. :headbonk:
(But since it is not one of the options to choose from, I pick anything but black :p)
