Forum auto pic resizing?

I'm not sure if this has been touched on before here, but is there a downside to having the forum auto resize the pics posted to say, 800x600?

I love looking at the pics people post of their Mustangs, but man, some of the pic sizes are huge. It's no fun scrolling left/right, top/bottom to try and see an entire pic. Once I see a huge pic loading like that, I usually just back out of the thread.

I agree with this. They were autosizing for me before and not now.

Never mind... Figured out you have to change the forum style (bottom left) for some reason to get the pics to scale. Thx.
