Does one shaft measure thicker than other. Or does the overall shape of one make the other appear smaller?

Yes, the passenger side one is thicker than the drivers side one.

idk why you sold these for 100 bucks. ford is sellling them from the dealership on like a two month back order for almost 2 grand. you cant even order these things. i broke my 800hp dss haft shafts and ford wanted to charge almost 2 grand and said i wouldnt get them in for a month and a half. its a good thing i still had my stock ones. and dss replaced my broken ones.

im going to sell my stock half shafts with about the same milage as yours for like 1200..

Cool I'm gonna hang on to mine for a while incase my DSS ones break for some reason. How did your break?

i just got a bad batch. my bolts came undone. no damage done to the car thankfully but it had to do with the type of locktite they used. the new ones are holding up great. its a known issue for them and they hold by their word and will send you new ones. i still stand by them 100%
