Now that the 2016 Shelby GT350 is arriving at several dealerships across the nation, prospective owners are beginning to plan and consider modifications once they take delivery.
Our friends at Cool Tech have designed a roll bar kit built specifically for the GT350R due to the lack of rear seats and with the target audience in mind — which is sure to include many track enthusiasts.
Using its in-house 2015 Mustang GT, Cool Tech spent the past year designing and testing different versions of the roll bar and eventually came up with a design that can also be installed and function with the rear seats in place. Of course, this means that sans passengers, the roll bar kit can also be used for track duty in a GT350 or standard S550 Mustang.
