Steeda Autosports has given us an exclusive look at its new Extreme G-Trac Brace for the GT, EcoBoost and V6 models of the S550 Mustang.
The Extreme G-Trac Brace is a direct bolt-on upgrade which provides improved suspension compliance while stiffening the sub-frame.
It does this by strengthening the connection between the control arm mounts and the rear of the sub-frame, making the load path more direct and as a result, providing for more effective stiffening so the suspension geometry does not change during high cornering and chassis loads.
Steeda reports that the brace is manufactured from high strength chrome moly, alloy steel tubing, making it over twice as strong as other mild steel offerings.
