2018 Mustang Order Guide (Including GT350/GT350R)

The floodgates have opened on the 2018 Mustang, as Ford just released the official GT and EcoBoost performance specifications today, in addition to releasing the 2018 Mustang order guide to dealerships!

The 2018 Mustang order guide details new features such as the 10-speed automatic transmission, dual active valve exhaust and MagneRide damping system, to name a few.

Interestingly, the still mysterious Performance Package Level 2 (order code 673) shows a Late Availability and wider wheels (19×19.5 front, 19×10 rear) design that has not yet been released. We’re holding out hope that this could be a placeholder for the previously leaked Bullitt Mustang and its 2018 availability would make for an apropos 50th anniversary Bullitt edition since Steve McQueen’s Bullitt movie was released on October 17, 1968.

Of course, we won’t be disappointed if it ends up being a more hard-core package dedicated for track use to rival the Camaro’s 1LE track package.

Ford has also released the 2018 GT350 and GT350R order guide which details a few of the options and packaging changes. However, as the company stated previously the 2018 GT350/R contains no exterior or performance changes from the 2017 model.
