2018 Mustang Fleet Brochure Shows New Features, Options and Dimensions

Ford has remained relatively mum on the 2018 Mustang’s upcoming new features and specifications, but now thanks to a new fleet brochure, we have the first look at what you can expect.

The 2018 Mustang will receive a few new interior color options — Showstopper Red, Tan and Midnight Blue in addition to the carryover colors Ceramic and Ebony.

The packages have also been reworked with the 401A Premium package renamed to “Premium Plus” although it remains to be seen what exactly is bundled within. One thing of note is the brochure lists only one GT performance package (67G), leaving out the “(673) GT Performance Package 2” seen in earlier dealership systems, which some have speculated may be a more track-focused package for the Mustang GT or even a Bullitt or Mach 1 package. However, the omission may just be specific to fleet vehicles.

While the engine specifications everyone is waiting for still remains to-be-determined, an unexpected change in interior dimensions seen in the brochure is that the 2018 Mustang will have 0.6-inch increased front legroom although rear legroom has been decreased by 1.6-inches.
