Rumors of a GT500 for the S550 Mustang generation are as old as the platform itself, but the revised 2018 exterior design gives us reason anew to hope that Ford brings back the all-out power machine to sit atop the lineup once again.
This rendering from M6G member Nathan Brummer show that the “eagle’s head” styling of the facelifted front end flows beautifully when all of the new aero tweaks are matched with aggressive ground effects and stance, and a large fire-breathing hood scoop — creating a mean, predatorial look worthy of the GT500 nameplate.
