2015 Ecoboost Turbo 2.3 My mustang is making this whining sound and I did already replace idle pulley serpentine belt, AC belt serpentine, tensor, pulley. People are telling me it could be my alternator. Would it be an alternator pulley , only does it when in idle. Yesterday, after idling for about five minutes after I took off, smoke came out of my exhaust. When I use a code reader, it says nothing is wrong with the car. There is no check engine light on just a high pitch screaming noise when it’s in idle. It goes away when I accelerate. No check engine light is on the car has plenty of power lights work just fine radio stereo. Everything works fine.
