Whine when coasting in gear 40<mph

I have found a few things online from previous model mustangs having some shim loose in the diff that creates this light whine when in gear.
Anyone else experiencing this??:frusty::frusty:

Are you talking about the S197s? The S197s were solid rear axle and have nothing to do with our IRS diffs.

i hear a little gar noise as I slow down, but its not much....and the only reason I can hear it is because I have the BMR poly diff mount inserts, they transmit more NVH. before I put those on, I never heard anything
