I live south of Denver. The elevation at my front door is 6,000 ft.
Most gas stations around here have 85, 87 and 91 octane at the pump.
This is due to the decrease in static PSI due to the altitude.
A 3 psi drop at 6,000 ft.
So, the question for all you tune fanatics out there:
Can I run a tune designed for 93 octane with 91 octane in Denver?

Im curious about this myself as Ive i just moved to the southwestern side of Denver a month ago.(Near Bandimere speedway). Im looking to get a tune but im on the fence on what would work the best at permanent elevation.

Yes you can run a 93 tune with 91 gas at 6000'. The one thing about elevation is you can get away with less fuel and more timing up here.
