Was kinda surprised to weigh my new Signature wheels this morning and discover the narrower fronts weigh more than the wider rears. 24.2 vs 23.8 not a huge amount but not what I expected. I am guessing it’s the thicker front hub area? An extra inch of width mustn’t weigh much at all.

Yup, it’s all in the hub. On the GT350/GT500 the OEM front wheels weight more than the rear by about 1lb
