I would like to replace the stock rims on my 17 GTPP with these rims. Does anyone know where I can purchase these rims now?

They were still not available in April, 2018 for the 2018 Mustang but are available for the 2019

They were an AU $2500 option in Australia. I think they were the best match for the Orange Fury. Easy to clean as well.

So, "late availability" in the Ordering Guide, means for the 2019 model year?
Isn't "late" a euphemism for "dead"?

Dislike most of the wheel choices in 2018. In fact there is only 1 I strongly like but I haven't seen it as an option. I had heard it would be offered later in the model year. Does anyone know if true? I find the stock wheels with the 2018 GT in the configurator to be hideous. And the multi spoke wheels in any color never did it for me. Prefer 5 spoke.

Those are the wheels I ordered on my GT to go with the MagneRide. I love them!! My GT is Ruby Red and they go well with the colour.

Looking good! Ruby was my second favourite colour and if I had gone with that I would have chosen the forged wheels also.

Those wheels are available on PP1 Mustangs only as a wheel upgrade. Now if you live across the pond you can get them with out the PP1. My dealer has a 19 GT in ingot silver with those wheels what a knock out.

I personally wish Ford would allow the rims seen in the Performance Package 2 be a available across all platforms - they would have a slew of orders for those rims...
I thought I read/heard somewhere that the PP2 wheels would not fit on anything but a PP2 optioned car. Can't remember if it was can't fit or can't be ordered.

Based on the 2018 ordering/equipment/options paperwork floating around in the Ordering sub-forum on here, that specific wheel is available as a 19x9 on the EcoBoost w/Performance Package or 19x9(F) & 19x9.5 (R) GT w/ Performance Package.

It states nothing about it being available only to overseas or domestic builds, at least I’m not seeing any footnotes in the 26 page ordering docs. The black stars only denote that the part/item is new for 2018. It is also an upgrade to the standard black 19x9 EcoBoost or black GT rims, so not a freebie upgrade.

Subnote on ordering docs for EcoBoost:

I have the black rims in the top left of this photo but I prefer the rims on the top right....I might try and find something similar...

Can't be ordered. Some people say the PP2 suspension offers a little more clearance too so you might have to be careful with tire choice, but it the wheels will "fit" and poke just the same.
