4k sq feet + potential for 2.5k more if needed by knocking through into next office and landlord going to fully refurb it for me + loads of parking seems good to me just gonna get it past the board now.

Airaid blue is dry not sure K&N do a dry one (??) - Airaid do do a red dry one if dry is wanted. Odd if K&N don’t do a dry as they are the same company I think.
Will post a photo of my one’s box tomorrow as it has the available Airaid options.

fyi i think we discussed this a few years back, but for EBMs you can go with Oiled or dry, but for V8s because of where the MAF/MAP sensors are (can't remember which) was prompted that if you didn't know how to oil a filter to stick with a dry filter to avoid any oil clogging the sensor.

Been a busy week for my baby.

Last sat I fitted the new wheels and tyres to the car along with clear side markers.

Tuesday had 3 year service and mot and then yesterday sorted Road tax and just renewed insurance.

All in all think I have spent the best part off £3000 !

Expensive hobby but after 3 years I still love her to bits.
