Last week i took my car to get an oil change. As my car was on the rack i walked underneath to inspect and see if everything was the way it supposed to. I noticed that my front splitter (GT350) was scraped pretty bad underneath of all the driveways and everyday use. The rivets were grounded down to almost nothing. So i did some research on what to do to protect and prevent more damage. I found these Sliplo rubber pieces. They are not cheap $130 a set. But i bought one anyway to try it. I put them on and i already see them taking the scrapes instead of my splitter. Anyone else use these?

Many of us use the ZL1-Addons steel splitter protector washers that get screwed in. I'd be concerned that anything not screwed in would just shear off.

After you get it out to drive some I'd like to hear your impressions of how securely this held the R7. I loved my Blendmount/Escort Redline setup. Any vibration/movement issues at all? Thanks!

I have taken the car out on two drives after installing it (one of them for about 40 minutes) and no issues so far. It feels pretty secure as I have had to hit the mute button a few times.
