Premium lower Valance Panel on GT Base

Our daughter just bought a 2015 GT Premium (pic) and we have a 2015 GT base would like to know if the black trim piece on the lower valance would fit on our base GT. I tried to search and found this part number on a older post FR3Z-17F828-AA if it would fit and is there any hardware we would need for install..Thanks

The bumper covers are infact different, You may be able to modify it to accept the valance but it would require work. The valance actually has tabs which fit into multiple bumper slots. It is also appears to be retained on using the same mounting points of the bumper.

Front Valance rubber piece

Hello. I am hoping you can help. I hit a piece of road debris on the highway. Did not damage to the bumper or the valance itself, but it tore the rubber piece that is attached to the bumper valance panel. I have a 2015 GT Premium. For some reason the part online doesn't seem to show the rubber piece. My hope is that you might be able to find a replacement part for me that isn't $200 as I don't need the whole panel.
