weird noise from under the car

So I started hearing a weird noise coming from under my car. Took it to the dealer, they checked everything. Made sure everything was tight & said everything looked 100%. But I can still here the noise, it sounds like something rubbing together. It happens mostly when the car is cold and im coming to a stop or rolling at 25 mph. Any one have the same or any idea what it could be?

Is it a rattle? if you put your car in neutral and rev it, does it happen at about 1.5 - 2.0 revs on the tach?
