I got one for you all: I'm seeing boost (up to a few psi) indicated by the cluster display when I give it greater than half throttle at nearly any speed. I know that's not actually happening, but wondering what is. My vacuum at idle with my idle speed at 750 rpm is 16-16.5 in-hg typically. I've done all the checks for vacuum leaks and it's come up with nothing. IMRCs are zip tied.

It has to be the tune then. Not sure why it's a hit or miss with these reputable tuners... This 18' manifold is more of a headache than anything.

I had bucking , idle issues with my first tune . I had the imrc active and was basically told to lock them to cure the problem . I did so and the tune for it was dead on . Car ran great pulled hard in the upper rpm range . Put about 200 miles on it and decided I wanted more , procharger it lol . So I would advise to have a tune with the icrms locked , since most tuners can't figure the voltage difference between the 18 imrc and the 15-17 imrc sensors . By the way , since I went to a Procharger I have a Steeda proflow cai I don't need . Make an offer if your interested.

Just curious, are you all using zip ties or billet lockouts for the IMRC's?
Yes, I believe we all have our IMRC's ziptied. I believe the issue is that the IMRC's have some play with the zipties, which is causing the bucking. I haven't had the time to take the manfiold off to address the issue, but will be doing so soon!

I'm boosted and have a ported 18' manifold with stock throttle body. I'm running no IMRC's as well (no lockouts, zip ties, just a drop in manifold as none of this is needed if you're not running vacuum to the actuators). Shaun from AED had me squared away and the car drives great with no issues (no bucking, idle surging etc.). The only issue I had in the beginning was the RPM would slightly surge at idle when I put the A/C on. Shaun was able to get that fixed though no problem. I would go back to the stock throttle body and just get in touch with Shaun.

I just got a tune update from Shaun for the stock TB. I'll let everyone know what it's like tomorrow.

I'm assuming the stock TB/ tune revision fixed your idle issues?

Idle and drivability. Everything is better. Car feels fantastic to drive. Idle is dead stable at 625 +/- 10. No odd surging or hunting.

250 for a base performance tune. +100 for aftermarket manifold. +100 for flex fuel/E85. You'd have to speak with him for a price on all of it, though.

Worth the price, IMO.

So here's an update. I've been patiently working with my tuner over at Palm Beach Dyno and has got me dialed in pretty good on 93. Much better driveability with little to no fluctuation in RPMs at idle.
I'm going to data log on e85 soon and hopefully see even more noticable gains.
