Vanity plates on the new 2015's

I finally went today to see what plates were available here in GA. My top 2 choices were 1964DNA and SINCE64 but those were long gone.

I ended up with TTA50TH. TTA are my initials. I would love to know if any of the '15 Mustang owners here in GA got one of the first 2 plates or if they were snagged a long time ago.

I now have to wait up to 60 days before my tag arrives. Seems like a long time for a plate but....Oh well.

LA says 12-14 weeks after payment received. I sent it off yesterday for NO. 275

As soon as I knew I was 'all in' on my new car I ordered my plates. Since I live in California the real choice plates were already taken but I was able to snag FSTBK 50. I've also ordered the 60's Legacy Plates which should arrive sometime in the next three months. I also plan on using the Sto N Sho plate mount on the front.

Sorry to tell you that DMV advised me that the legacy plates wont start shipping until May 2015. I'm using the standard plates now until mine arrive from DMV in May. One would think they make these one plate per day.

It's crazy!! I sure hope it is much faster as the temp plate they gave me is like a regular sheet of copy paper. It already looks 100 years old:frusty:

Also, how the heck did you get 7 letters? I signed up for their newsletter but 7 letter plates aren't available to me...:shrug:

Its only 6 letter the seven letter day happen on the 7th or 13th of January (one day only) it happen only several time a year, and you and get a one week notice. But as I said I only have 6 letters on this plate
