I disagree with the comment that getting the bumper off is the hardest; it's actually pretty straight forward and simple. I found the hardest part taking the old grille out as the clamps are a bitch.

I agree with this entirely, spent forever trying to get the old grill seperated from the bumper. My word of advice would be to fold the grey clips of the grill back first before bending the body coloured clips of the bumper bar back to seperate the two
