Holy crap! 0.7 hours to replace pads and rotors under warranty! Glad I'm not a Ford tech. Customer pay pads and rotors for one axle is 2.5, warranty can be as much as 2.4 depending on the story. Recently did a bulletin for front and rear pads only and it payed 1.8 hours.
Warranty work never pays anything.

Got the rotors today... they look great!

They all have a manufactured date of 3/23/15, which is after the date on the TSB (built on or after 2/11/15).

Hopefully if the rotors were the issue, the bad units were all taken off of the shelves.

This should be exciting! Fully drilled rotors on a heavy vehicle that doesn't have dedicated NACA ducts for the front rotors.
