Per 'Mustang Manny' there are several GT350s at the Ford Booth at Barrett Jackson this weekend, which I think is part of Hot August Nights, right?

This was a very close second for me! I'm still slightly torn on the choice!

Every time there's a great DIB shot like that I think of switching the color. Then on the road I'll see DIB with shadows and the purple pops out and I say....better off sticking with my original choice, black.
I really would like a blue but 20% of the time the color is stunning and the other 80% it just doesn't look right.

I totally agree ! I have never seen a color change hues from light to light as much as DIB...but the biggest difference to me is on film i.e. video, or camera....the photo's are stunning, but in person for me.....its just not there....IMO

Yeah, I still don't get why they didn't at least do that for the 50th anniversary models. They brought back Wimbledon White but then just used...Kona Blue? WTH?
TOTALLY agree!

I"m starting to really rethink ordering my R in DIB with the blk stripe red accents. I have never seen the blue in person. Does it look more electric blue, or is it darker?

From the videos it looks dark and nice.

Maybe there will be another color other than the white one that will go for auction, at pebble.

Have you ever seen deep sea blue metallic from BMW? When the light hits it right it looks like that.

Using the photos in this post as a reference, when the light hits it right the picture posted looks like it but the majority of the time it takes a duller more purple/blue look. Strongly recommend dropping by a dealership to check it out. It would suck to wait for it to come in and not be what u expect.

The Ford Performance exhibit at Woodward and Nine Mile Road will celebrate the brand's go-fast models with a display that will include the 2017 GT supercar, scheduled to arrive next year, as well as the latest models, like the 2016 Mustang Shelby GT350 and the F-150 Raptor performance pickup truck.

I'll be there. We'll have a slew of Bullitts in Mustang Alley!

Yep. I'm coming up too. Bringing my 77 Bandit. Have to stop by and see the GT 350 in person. Hope they have a DIB one.
