I traded my 2016 for a 2024, so I wanted to start using the new 7G website, but the credentials I use here are not working over there, even though it says they should. When I tired registering like new it says the email address is already in use. No doubt, it's my email address. Any advice on what to try next? I tried the Contact Us route, but have not heard back.
