I drove past this dealership Friday, but did not have time to stop. I did see the black GT parked in front of the showroom.

Not to be a downer but have you checked the VIN # of the car. Most dealers have things like that up for weeks now with no cars on the lots. A dealer near me got one in last weekend, but it was just one. They had 7 on order.

Yes, I checked the VINs. I also made sure the dealers listed the S550s as "In Stock" and not "Dealer Ordered." There are literally dozens of 2015 Mustangs shown as Dealer Ordered by Central Texas Ford dealers. Only three are shown as In Stock, and those are the three I linked to.
