Thanks to all the leads in this thread.

I have 2 offers so far at MSRP (one in Texas and the other in Oklahoma).

One is grabber blue I wanted and no stripe. The other is oxford white with blue stripe.

today is the day ;)
I vote for grabber......
It was a close fought battle....was torn on the blues.......
bought a LB, and love the color. That Grabber and RR are
stunning. Wanted something a bit more subdued, and
to remind me of the Blue Viper that will eventually sadly be
sent to pasture...

If you drive back like you said, buy some RV temporary clear
bra stuff to cover the car....peel off when you get home.
Does not look pretty, but neither will your wheels when you
get her home.

Congrats !

If you end up with the one in OK let me know if you need a ride from the airport. I'll drive my GT350 if the weather isn't bad.

Transport from Tulsa to SF is $900 and saves me 2-3 days of driving :)

crap, it's open trailer. Enclosed will probably be closer to $1500.
Spend the money on enclosed, try Plycar/Plycon.
They are just as we speak picking my car up in Indiana,
Woot Woot !

When they quote you, ask them to knock off a $100,
they usually will. also Intercity was about the same for my car,
also good carrier. Do not use a broker.

Ditto on the broker issue. Just too many of them to wade through to save a few bucks. For reference, I used a broker to have a car shipped, enclosed on a 500 mile route for $450 but the carrier was sketchy, driver barely spoke English and couldn't drive a manual. Car made it safe in the end but if I had it to do over again, I would have paid +/- $300 more to use Reliable or another direct carrier.
