Sync 2 keeps rebooting

Hey guys just bought a 2015 GT premium about a week ago and the car is great. However, the SYNC screen keeps bugging me sometimes when I am driving along and I connect my phone via bluetooth the screen just goes blank and starts rebooting. It has been bugging me has anyone had this happen to them or is it just my car? and if it did happen what was the problem and solution?

The first thing I would do is go straight to Ford. They can re-flash the entire sync program in a matter of minutes.

That is what I am going to do, however I won't be able to have free time until the end of the week. I thought maybe someone here had this problem and it was an easy fix.

I know Ford put out something a long time ago that if your phonebook contains odd characters or emoticons that can cause system reboots.
