Any updates? Any idea of a rough estimate of how much something like this would cost to get done
Obviously OP's build will be less, but if you did not have a block to start with, then close to $13k for a sleeved predator block, reuse 350 heads, and buy Predator cams from ford for ~1k.

Predator cams won’t work as they have the Gen 3 reluctor wheel (they are a hybrid but will need a Predator ECU )
you will have get the Ford racing 5.2 cams which retail for $1700 … if you can find them or custom cams
