I realized it might be good to post here.
I suspect I had an attempted relay attack while at a grocery store in Chester, VA. Luckily the potential would-be-thief couldn’t drive stick. I came out and discovered the ignition turned on and car unlocked. No signs of damage.
There was no alert when I got out of the car, so I highly doubt I bumped the ignition button. It also didn’t beep when the key left. I deal with physical security at work so I’m quite regimented to verify things are locked as well.
