I'm on winter tires, so I have a few months to figure it out, but wanted to hear from other folks--any issues dealing with our notoriously bad roads on 20" rims?

I've had a tire killed by the concrete transition from a bridge to street level that turned into a knife, and that was on 18"s (but a lower profile).

It's a crap shoot. Sometimes you get away with it some times you don't. Just buy a s**t box for the winter.

I have 20’s on my Camaro SS and there is just not enough sidewall imo (never driven in winter either). I just ordered 19’s for the mustang to replace the oem 18’s and hope that’s the perfect balance. But Massachusetts roads are terrible.
