I agree! My video is when I had the 3.75 pulley that comes with the whipple kit. I have the 3.625 pulley now and it seems louder.

Any PD blower will get pretty loud once you go down a pulley or two.. Whine shouldn't be a concern if that's the route you're looking to go, performance or budget should be the primary concern..
