Just ordered mine in silver, to good of a deal to pass up. First MMR product hope it's not a disappointment
You wont disappoint. I had mine in red. You dont need a BOV with this intake bc PSSSHHHH is very noticeable.

Word is they are just clearing out excess inventory.
We are simply raising interest in the kit again, it is for 1 week only, this is truly one of the best kits on the market! Next week it is back up in price!

Thank you for all of the orders!

Guys just make sure that when you install that the horn is well out of the way, or it will rub a hole through the filter!
Also take the wheel off don't try to turn the wheels and fit your hands in like that it took me half the time when I just pulled the wheel off the car.
What's the benefits of blocking off the recirc hose?

I was going to purchase this, but $230 shipping to UK, no way
$230 for shipping? I'm in the UK as well. Shipping didn't cost that much for me.

You get that vent-to-atmosphere blow off sound that every high school kid with a Jetta on 9 pounds of boost dreams about.

I was told that it isn't a good way to do this though, that replacing the stock BOV with aftermarket vta BOV like the turbosmart is the way to go. Whats your thoughts

The stock bypass valve is I believe a complex ECU-controlled solenoid system than is constantly computing/adjusting. It not ideal for higher boost levels as it can leak. Its also adjusting on the fly so it can even open while cruising. If you're going to screw with it at all, you're better off getting a mechanical BOV like the Turbosmart or Tial.
