My stock seats in my R weigh 48.6 lbs for the driver side 45 lbs for the pass

I swap out the RECARO for Sparco Evo.
airbag light will come up which I don’t really care.
The weight saving probably isn’t what you expect.
The Sparco Evo seat is about 18lb. BUT after I add seat base, slider, side mounts and nessesery screws the weight is about 36lb. Compare to the oem seat you are looking about 12lb weight saving which isn’t that much. Pole position maybe a little bit lighter but I think the result should be similar.
I do love how the bucket seat wrap me tho. Plus the multipoint harness will hold you inside the seat for the track day.
Not sure about the airbag light is a good thing since some people told me it’s possible the airbag won’t deploy if the car crashed. But I can’t really test it. I think I’d at least mention it for the consideration. On the track I always use harness and hans to protect myself.

I went with the Sparco Pro2000 they just fit me the best
had similar results saved 24.4 lbs.
Leave off the passenger slider you can save another 6 lbs
