Steering problem

I just recently noticed that when I make a complete Right turn when making U turn. I'm hearing a scrapping sound like metal to metal. It doesn't do it when turning left. Anyone experiencing this? I have a ecoboost PP. thank you.

Problem solved. A small rock is caught between rotor and caliper.
