I think it will make slightly more than 100 hp/liter and Ford will (under)rate it at very close to 100 hp/liter.
Agreed. And since torque is largely proportional to displacement, I'd guess peak outputs of 525-550bhp and 410-420lb-ft.

Higher revving engines typically have pretty low torque.

And one of the first things it says is they are hoping to see the GT350R in both race AND street trim. I think this will be the case because most of what has been heard is there will be a model slightly above the regular 350 much like the 302 had the 302LS. I believe hummingbird 2 is the "LS" of the 350 and May also be named the R like this article states...
