Poor bastards. I flew out of SFO on the morning of 3.16. Born and raised in S.F. Built a business, raised a family there, and retired there. Have seen the Bay Area turn Into a real chit hole.

Same here, although I don’t live in the Bay Area, things sure have changed in the last 40 years everywhere.
There’s just to damn many people in California now and not necessarily the cream of the crop.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I still have a home there and investments. i live there some 3 months of the year. All of my siblings live in either S.F., Marin, or San Mateo counties. It's a great place to live, but people are much different now compared to when I was growing up in the 60's.

How long have you had your car? Only 500 miles? I've had mine for almost about 9-10 months now and less than 700 miles.

I bought it on Feb 29th. 2 weeks after that, started working from home...

Why did you post this? No one is talking about going to restricted areas like beaches or parks. You won't get fined driving around unless you wander into a closed area. Taking a ride on the interstate or local city roads won't get you fined. Same in NJ, you won't get fined unless you go to a closed park or beach same as the examples in the link you posted.

it is ILLEGAL to travel except for essential business. they can pull you over and slap you with $1000 if they want. will they? probably not. can they? absolutely. so far i've only heard about people getting warnings but people have been pulled over.

US 421. “The Snake”. 37 miles and 489 turns. Never heard of it and just realized it is 10 mins from my house here in Bristol TN. Lived here 2 years now. Such a fun road!!

Nice. Your state is about to start loosening up the restrictions too. I wish they would get the nursing homes in NJ under control. That is the cause for about 40% of the deaths here. Who would have thought the most vulnerable people are in nursing homes?
