Wasn't my FIRST Shelby GT350 sighting, but it was the coolest one I've seen to date. Saw it in the parking lot at Costco. Turns out it is a Shelby 50 Anniversary car. Ironic, because I parked my Camaro Fifty near it. Yes, I do Costco shop with a Camaro convertible [insert trunk-size jokes here]
Anyway, really cool GT350. Nice custom stripe job and door art.
Didn't say it was an R. There was a sticker in the passenger quarter window commemorating the 50th anniversary of Ford Racing, so I thought this was somehow associated with Shelby. There is no such thing as a “Shelby 50th Anniversary” GT350. You got bamboozolled.
And that is NOT an R btw.
I dig the flag decal on the side. The stripes, not so much.Didn't say it was an R. There was a sticker in the passenger quarter window commemorating the 50th anniversary of Ford Racing, so I thought this was somehow associated with Shelby.

I have met you, I know you are nuts. How are you Dan? We need to try a Greensboro GTG at Smokey Bones sometime.Spotted a race red tech package car off of 24 heading towards Morehead City, NC. Sitting in the driveway. Anyone here?
Beautiful car, had to pull a u-turn and drive slow by... wife thought I was nuts.
That is gross. Put a flag in the garage or even on your house. Don't ruin a car.Wasn't my FIRST Shelby GT350 sighting, but it was the coolest one I've seen to date. Agreed that there is no such thing as a "Shelby 50th Anniversary 2015 GT350" but in a letter included with the 2015 Owners Kit Henry Ford III and Dave Pericak certainly made reference to the 2015 cars as being the evolvement of the GT350 program after 50 years of technology and engineering advancements. There is no such thing as a “Shelby 50th Anniversary” GT350. Very well said, and of course I agree. Not Knowing When to Stop — I understand as well or better than anyone, the urge to modify your car. I like objects, especially cars, to be “mine.” It’s not enough to have a GT350; I need my GT350 to be different from all the other GT350’s, I might see on the road. I get that. But you have to also accept when you’ve sufficiently changed your car, and where that tipping point might be; where you cross the point of no return......
Hence, the word “ruined.”
