Hey guys,

I was lurking around eBay and found some aftermarkets replica of the 2024 S650 platform taillights for S550 platform.

They look supersized because of the rear quarter panels being smaller size for the s550 rear versus the s650

This design actually looks way better on the S550s…more aggressive.

Not actually terrible as I expected them to be when I clicked, not for me though.

S550s look much better. The S650s don’t look like they belong on a mustang.

It's more of a clumsy design... 🤷‍♂️
The S550 taillights with the undercut of the luminous elements, especially 2018+, is much more sophisticated.

I actually like the flushmount aspect of the S650 taillights.

But I would never bother putting them in my S550.

I was watching a video from the most recent Ponies in the Smokies. There was a 550 with lights that followed the body line on the rear panel...not gonna lie, I like it. Being new to the 550s, this may be old news, but it was the first time I'd seen it.

Not a fan, but those taillights are made by Raxiom I believe.

I gotta say, those don't look half bad. Follows the curve of the back end. Its definitely a maybe. The wife agreed. Not a fan of the different colored lights, thats a big nope.

I saw these in person at a cars & coffee about a month ago. They look cheap and hazy which was a surprise since I had seen them online and thought it would be a cool look. Not a fan.
