Also, how are you liking the GT350 IM with JDM tuning? Are you using the stock TB or GT350 one? Thanks.
JDM tune for GT350 is spot on, GT350 OEM CAI and TB. Car runs at 215 CHT and at the 7/8 mark of the green in oil temp gauge all day. Torque is a little light below 4000 but once it hits 5000 the car pulls like a turbine to 7800. With stock headers and cats the car is eerily quiet on track even with the full 3" Corsa Sport cat back.

Dan ran great, I timed him in the session before I went out and he was chasing a 2014 Roush Stage 3. He was running 1:04s and 1:05s, but did a 1:03.41 once he cleared traffic. Said his car was running cool and that he had the Moroso road race pan on it. Glad I got to meet him in person, nice young man.

Glad to hear confirmation from someone on the road course! I think the combo is going to be great for the track. I picked up a GT350 IM and TB a while back, along with a JLT CAI and 47lb injectors (all still sitting in the box). I've spoken to Nick@JDM a few times and really like what they've done with the GT350 IM and TB. I just wish someone offered a total tune package (ie GT350 IM and TB w/ flex fuel). I have hptuners that I've used on some of my other vehicles, but the coyote has significantly more tables than say, my 3rd gen LS1 PCM, and is quite a bit different with a lot of the tune seeming to revolve around the VCT. I'm reading/researching as much as I can currently. I'll probably play with it as time allows and see where I can get.

I should have data logged a session, I think there is more on the table for road course use. Very happy with the performance and streetability. I do know that the car wants headers, gonna look at freeing up the cat nuts and putting anti seize on them in anticipation. I have NY emissions annually and will have to swap stock cats on for inspection and "street use"

The S550 GT is head and shoulders above the S197 on road courses. Solid platform to build upon and have a great time. I love my S197 but am addicted to track time with the new car.

*edit: - no rear axle temp issues! But flirted with 245ish cylinder head temps.. and was a cool weekend (79 degrees)

Where can you sign up for track days at Road America...having difficulties finding any place to do so.

The event I was at was with the Northwoods Shelby club. They are a really great group to run with and have held this event for the past 41 years!!!!
Well worth the trip as Road America is the premier road course in this country. IMHO, they also have the best track food of anywhere I have been.
