Any way to confirm that the shell of the RTR is the exact same as stock so that if you cut out the side pieces the triangles would fit?

Confirmed. They're meant to go right where they should've been on the grille, from the get go!

I am slighty confused. Are you saying the RTR LED Grille lights will fit on a factory GT Grille? Thought the LED lights will require the use of the RTR Grille?

Spoke with an RTR rep at formula drift orlando yesterday, he said the hold up had to do with the plug, the original ones they received were splice in and they weren't happy with that being the install method, they had to develop a plug that would work with the factory headlight connections. Received the final product for approval 2 weeks ago so he said they should be receiving the large shipments pretty soon. Figured I would update everyone here.

Dunno, I just know the RTR isn't available yet and CDC also makes one. I don't really keep that close an eye on it.
