For those of you who have purchased Rousch parts that were paint matched. How was your matching?? I thought WHITE would be a easy match but maybe its just my eyes? I waited a WHILE for these things to arrive and after installation I think they are a teeny bit darker than the body color.

Probably not what you want to hear, but they don't look as bright at the white of your car. For the price of Roush parts, I would definitely give them a ring.

Your right. It's NOT what I want to hear lol. The vendor I ordered them through has great communication. I thought I received the wrong hood struts and it seems MRT re-designed it to only use 1 bolt instead of 2.. So I'll install those today.

The only thing that didn't let me down this weekend was my AirRaid Intake.

Haha, well hopefully the struts will be spot on perfect fit! And it's a good thing you found a vendor with good communication, it makes all the difference in the world!

Yea that definitely looks a little off to me from the pictures. Now that I think of it white would actually probably be one of the hardest to match perfectly because it's such a pure white that it will show all contrast

I'm thinking maybe I can wrap it in matte Black or Carbon Fiber if worst comes to worst. I exchange I expect a set of Winglets from Rousch.

Its not as reflective as the rest of the car. That could make the color look off on such a bright white.

Today is overcast. Good day for taking pictures. I'll capture some more this afternoon from different angles.

White is one of the hardest colors to match. Even the same painting session on different materials will come out looking different.

From the pics I don't think it looks that bad - how much may just be the different angles / reflections vs real color difference?

From what all my bodyshop friends tell me, white is the hardest color to paint match correctly.

I'm in comms with my vendor who will send the pics and call Rousch.. we are hoping for 3 things...

1. Warranty of the Part for a better colormatched one.

or

2. I keep the one I have and they refund me some money..

or

3. They take the difference in cost and sell/give me a pair of winglets for my troubles.

I'll probably get nothing, told that white is hard live with it, or heres 20 bucks go get it paint matched by a body shop.

I got the Roush spoiler in yellow, the color match is almost perfect. What throws me off is the angle of the spoiler catches light differently making it appear lighter than the rest of the car.

In short, I'm happy with how close the color match is.

I was considering the roush front fascia but I'm afraid they won't match my guard now

It could just be the light/angles. Roush is a Ford partner and 100% paints with factory paint. Obviously it's a different paint process.

I dont think it looks bad.
