Brand new motor, but it’s a tech pack car with the sofa seats. Looks good.
live in Phoenix and you'll enjoy those cooled sofa seats during the summer.

If it has a new Gen 2 engine, good deal for $45K. (I would say $50K but it doesn't have the track pack so you'd have to add coolers.)

Meh, I hear ya, but there’s no way two buyers slugging it out in an auction is anything remotely close to a dealer with a set-factory price adding on a surcharge.

One is the product of a truly free market working right, the other is simply greed. Thankfully, I didn’t have to deal with greed.
The dealer is in a free market too, and if the dealer sets the price on the car too high it will just sit because no one will buy it.

But it does have a new engine. A couple weeks old
didnt see that, but that still explains the 5 previous owners until this one, who apparently started the oil comp eval and failed 😉

In an auction, interested parties dictate the sell, unless there’s a reserve. In other words, the market dictates what the market will offer rather than the gatekeeper regulating the action, which may be what the market is willing to absorb or refuse… two totally different premises.
