2017 Electronics Package with 18,600 Miles. Nothing Major, replaced the A/C Compressor for the 2nd time last week, other than that it's been solid!

2016 Tech with 3800 miles. Didn't drive it much waiting to do the recall. Also did its first oil change at the recall appt, so I haven't tracked any oil consumption.

No issues at all.

I have ZERO issues with the car, don't have piston slap, don't have high oil consumption (1 qt in 3500 miles), I track it and it's my DD. My radio sounds great, XM works fine
The only issue I had was I wore out the rear MPSS tires at 12,000 miles.

I was with you until you said the radio sounded great. ;)

The piston slap thing is weird. The two engines in my 16 had it and now my 17 engine doesn't seem to. It is one of those very hit or miss issues.

Aside from being on my 3rd windshield, which I was told was impact related, and a few little rattles this car has been solid. I did have to add a quart of oil at 3,000 miles.

My thermostat went bad at ~2,000 miles, and I replaced it myself. No major issues so far.

To be honest, I did swap out the rear speakers. It is not as nice as my wife's MDX with the true 5 channel stereo, but it is not far off.

2300mi and no issues with the car so far at all. Dealer missed rear spacers during PDI so I got to around 900mi before finding that thanks to this forum. Oil level hangin stready at bottom hole so I'm watching it close but it's been there since I started checking...also ~900mi.

We definitely have different opinions on what is a decent stereo. The stereo in the 16s ( I had a 16 tech) are one of the worst factory systems I've ever heard. I would hope even with the change of rear speakers the MDX system should be much better. Unless Acura's quality on their systems has greatly slid over the years.

2017 with electronics pack.

Have owned about 7 months and put ~5,500 miles on it. No problems at all so far. Burned about a quart in the last 4k miles.

2017, 6500 miles. No issues. In terms of oil consumption, I added a quart over ~4400 miles.

Nothing major. Had an oil 'seep' from the oil sending unit, using about a qt of oil every 750 miles. Car hasn't been tracked or driven really hard.

2016 Track Pack. EDIT: Forgot to mention I have 22,000 miles.

I have the usual minor things, nothing major:

Piston Slap = yes
Oil Consumption = yes 4 quarts in 7000 miles
Intermittent rear view camera failure = yes
Misaligned rear bumper = yes
Sometimes difficult to get into 1st gear = yes
Some rattles in the instrument panel = yes

All the important stuff works, and I just had the oil-line recall performed and mentioned this little stuff to the dealership so might bring the car back in another 10,000 miles to see if anything is more obvious. Don't want them to tear into the car and not actually fix anything.

Love the car and may not bother to touch any of those little niggles.
